Note: Payment by check must be received in advance of lesson.
If you do not pay lesson fees by the second lesson of the month further lessons will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Call/text/email at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled lesson.
By providing advanced notice, if I have availability, I can possibly reschedule a different time for you. But if you wait until the day of the lesson, I may not be able to reschedule, and you will be charged for a missed lesson.
You can ask for a makeup lesson within the next week, but only if I have an opening available. Lessons that are missed with no communication ahead of time, and not rescheduled, will not be refunded. If you have to cancel a lesson, I will schedule a makeup lesson at your convenience, or you will receive a credit.
