Financial information can be entered to purchase merchandise and renew membership but that information is passed directly to PayPal, Google Wallet, and/or markfrisbie other financial vendors solely for the purposes of facilitating and finalizing the transaction, and is not saved by markfrisbie.com. If you choose to send us an email that includes personal information, we will use the information provided to respond to your message and for no other purpose. Any personal information collected by the Site is not sold or rented.

Student Information  
Registration procedures through the markfrisbie.com or through mymusicstaff portal, may ask the user to provide personal information such as name, address, instrument, e-mail address, and phone number. When a member registers a student for lessons with Mark Frisbie, Markfrisbie.com may request student information including name, school grade,  and skill level, which we obtain only with parent consent.  Student information is used strictly for the administration of guitar lessons with Mark Frisbie. Any member information collected by the markfrisbie.com is not sold or rented.

Publicly-Shared Information 
We do not share personal information with individuals, companies, or organizations unless: We have received your signed consent, such as posting your photo or statements on our website for markfrisbie.com promotional or educational purposes;

These third-party links are provided as a convenience, and you agree to use these links at your own sole risk. During those times, you have the ability to correct, update, or delete your personal information by accessing your user account; however, please be aware that when registration closes for a particular program, you will no longer have access to your registration information. Parents may also request that personal information we hold about their child as a student in my teaching program to be amended or deleted, but if the registration period has closed, such changes will only take effect in the next registration period. Please be aware that if you do not allow us to collect personal information from you, we may not be able to deliver certain products and services to you, and some of our services may not be able to take into account your interests and preferences.
